Casa Grande is located at the intersection of two interstates (I-8 and I-10) in an area known as Arizona's Golden Corridor. The community has evolved into a diversified area with manufacturing, retail trade, and government employment. The Outlets at Casa Grande are located along I-10.
The Casa Grande Ruins is an artist's depiction of the Casa Grande("Great House") as it was around 1350 C.E. One of the largest prehistoric structures ever built in North America. The purpose of why the ancient Sonoran Desert people constructed the ruins remains a mystery.
